Propeller wash screen support frames, Dublin Port

Fabrication and supply of propeller wash screen support frames for main contractor Wills Bros Ltd, as part of the Berths 52 & 53 project at Dublin Port. Each frame is a welded steel lattice structure, modelled in Tekla Structures and built to full assembly drawings issued for fabrication.

Frame weight

  • 508mm diameter, 16mm wall CHS frame piles, each around 10 metres long, with a continuous welded 30mm round bar guide rail
  • Welded box-section bracing and 400x200mm support members
  • Bolted M36 site connections and match-marked components for straightforward erection
  • Deliveries to Dublin Port commencing February 2026
